The other day, one of my downspouts was blown down by the wind. Thanks to Akron's BBB I came across Allpro Seamless Gutters. Since they had zero complaints and they belong to BBB, I filled out my contact info. I received a very quick response from Shade, and the following morning Shade called and he came over that afternoon and gave me an estimate to replace not only the damaged downspout but also replacing my there two downspouts. The price he quoted was way less than I figured, so I told him, "let's do it". Shade did tell me that the following day they have a job in the Akron area, and hopefully the could do it after the Akron job. Shade knew that we are suppose to get a lot of rain Wed. night and Thursday, and that he was afraid that if they get done with the Akron job later than expected, they may not make it to my house. Shade was very concerned about that. Wed. morning Shade called me and said he will come over by himself and install my downspouts. He came over and the new downspouts look great and he did an excellent job and excellent clean up. In my opinion, Shade went above and beyond to make sure the job was done before the rains.
